Infinity Card Dungeon
A card battler with randomizers on defeat, so you can keep playing forever. Play against a friend or the computer. Battlebot is very simple though, be nice to them <3
Prototype (currently version p1.3); if there are any problems, feel free to leave a comment on the 'todo list' devlog. Check it to make sure I'm not already working on it tho. Functional on mobile if you don’t mind not being able to change anything on the selection screen except the vs bot mode.
Gameplay guide (also available with more depth in the game's battle arena):
Keyboard shortcuts: Attack - A key (p1) and left arrow key (p2). Guard - S key (p1) and up arrow key (p2). Skill - D key (p1) and right arrow key (p2).
Each action you take in a turn costs action points. Once the total point cost of your actions reaches your speed stat, your turn is over.
Attacking lowers the opponent's health by your attack stat. Costs 6 action points.
Guarding blocks damage. You take little to no damage if your defense is higher than your opponent's attack, half damage if not. You stop guarding if you attack or use an offensive skill. A shield icon is displayed on cards currently guarding. Costs 4 action points.
Skills vary. Heal: replenishes health by the value of adept stat plus a random number from 1 to 3, 1 turn cooldown. Boost: increases speed by half the adept stat plus 1 for 3 turns, 3 turn cooldown. Flurry Strikes: perform 2-4 quick attacks, each one dealing 80% of the adept stat in damage, 40% if the target is guarding, no damage if the target is guarding and has a higher defense than your attack. Flex: raises attack by half the adept stat plus 1 for 4 turns, 5 turn cooldown. Fade: when in effect, attacks have a 2 in 3 chance of missing you. Lasts 7 turns, cooldown equal to skill cost. Battering Ram: a normal attack, unless your target is guarding. If so, their guard is taken down, and if it was a strong guard, you do extra damage. 2 turn cooldown. Cards with 0 adept don't have skills. The action cost of a skill depends on the adept stat; the higher the adept, the less the cost.
The number of cards each player has defeated (their score) is listed to the right of their card.
